Never to the point of turning my skin red but I definitely didn't adjust the temperature because of the pregnancy. She said if my skin is turning red, then it is too hot. You're not raising your body temperature like you do when submerged on a hot tub or bath. Omg I looooved my long hot showers while pregnant.
