The nurses nicknamed DS 'Houdini' after he constantly worked his way out of every single bracelet/band/tracker at the hospital at birth. Their phones were constantly alarming with a warning that he was missing!

Apparently this trait is continuing into toddlerhood. He loves taking off his shoes and we managed to lose a brand new keen sandal earlier this week. No bueno.

So...suggestions for toddler shoes that are hard to take off? I'm guessing multiple thick velcro straps are the key? Any other types you've had success with? He wears size 4.5-5 right now. Thanks!
