I sent a gift from a friend's registry to an out of town housewarming. Another housewarming was hosted at the sub-division's clubhouse. It was GREAT! We had about 30 people over and I provided a bunch of appetizers and beverages (alcoholic and non) and just hung out and showed off the house! When our friends got houses we just went there to hang out and see the place, but it was just us, no party. </p>
