I have a wonderful, sweet, loving nanny that I don't need as much because my three children are getting older. I want to keep her one day a week for the rest of our lives but would love for her to find a kind family to work for 1 or 2 days a week. She is only Spanish speaking, I speak very little Spanish and it hasn't been an issue for us. She doesn't drive but she can take the bus and walk to your residence. I asked my husband's cousin, who is an ENT, about it and he said that it's really the best thing to do when they are having so many ear infections like that. Well when you search on the site for nannies, read reviews on them if anyone left any. Check how often they reply to emails ("replies to 40%" of emails), is probably not a very reliable person. Then contact them and you can ask some initial questions. Don't tempt me unless you're serious! Poor DD can't sleep at daycare because she is such a light sleeper and so alert. Couple that with the fact that she's always sick at daycare and on antibiotics at least once a month, and I can't get her out of daycare fast enough. I mean, I absolutely adore her daycare mammas but she needs to be out until she can get down to one nap. </p> <p>It's heartbreaking to pick her up each day.
