I'm still very young and look it but I've been getting gray hairs since 19 so there's that....my mom was completely gray before 40 but otherwise looks amazing so if dying my hair is all I have in store for me in the next 20 years I'd say I'm doing okay!

I'm 31 and my only gripe is the ever-darkening circles under my eyes from 6 months of little sleep. I've never been one to do dedicated exercise so any flabby or wobbly areas are my own doing and I don't mind them.

I'm 32. My hair is 60-70% gray already (I color it, though) and I noticed forehead wrinkles and eye wrinkles creeping in. People must not notice some of this because some of my students think I'm a senior/grad student, which is a wonderful compliment. Most are at least surprised that I'm in my 30s. Overall, I think I'm doing okay in the aging department.

@SweetiePie: My derm advised me not to use Retin A (I specifically asked her because I have friends that use it and swear by it) because I have sensitive skin.

People always think I'm a lot younger than I am, but I think it's more because I'm small and have a baby face than because I'm aging "well" or whatever. I do have more than a couple gray hairs! But I've gotten carded for rated R movies in the last couple years. And I'm WELL over 17.

@SweetiePie: I use a retin A cream from my derm sort of regularly -- 1 to 2 times a week. Any more than that and it's a little too harsh and drying for my skin. That, combined with using a super gentle CeraVe moisturizer has really made a difference in my skin! I'm not at the point where I'm getting many wrinkles yet (that I've noticed...) but more in terms of keeping any breakouts at bay. I'm hoping if I continue to use it, I'll avoid wrinkles for a little longer, too ;-)

I will be 32 in June, and I think I look good age wise, no wrinkles, no gray hair. I am 7 weeks post partum, and had two babies in 12.5 months, so my body is flabbier and my weight is more than it should be. I plan on losing the 15 or so I have to go and then another 10 would be great. I hope to get pregnant again in the somewhat near future (maybe a year?), so I don't have any huge goals.

@SweetiePie: I haven't used it regulary, but my derm told me it is basically the only thing that gives any kind of real results. She can immediately tell when a woman's been using for an extended period of time.

I feel pretty good for my age. I turned 32 this month, haven't had any gray hairs yet, and the crows feet that were starting to appear have disappeared! I think because I changed up my skin regimen and started being really diligent about serums and eye cream. I am also a stickler for sunscreen. I always do a separate SPF because I keep hearing over and over again that the combined SPF moisturizers, and makeup with SPF just doesn't cut it.

I am 33 (and a half, haha) and 6 months PP. I started getting random grays when I turned 28. So I had quite a few while I was pregnant but I swear they have multiplied tremendously since he's been born. I don't know if stress and grays is true, but if you asked me Id say so.
That said, people still tend to guess that I'm in my late 20's vs early-mid 30's. It's just a few years but I'll take it!
My skin is pretty good. No major wrinkles, but I do feel like it's pretty dull and dry, yet I still break out around my period which is highly annoying. I'm trying to use vitamin c and other face oils for a glow. When I remember :-)
My body - I have to say I am pleased. It's not like it was when I met my husband 15 years ago, but I'm still thin with a lot of muscle definition. My boobs aren't saggy - they're just softer. But still look pretty good (full disclosure I only BF/pumped for a month so I'm sure that helps). I also see a personal trainer 2 days a week which has made a tremendous difference.
All in all, I'm happy. But I know it'll chsnge more and more with each year and each kid so I'm just going to do what I can to stay healthy and use non-invasive methods like creams and facials and maybe dyeing my hair.
Has anyone used Retin A regularly? My dermatologist recommended t the last time I saw her for breakouts and anti aging.

I really need to start working out more regularly and need to start eating better! I have about 10lbs I'd like to lose.

We went to a basketball game the other day and when we got beers they asked my husband for his ID but not for mine. He's 5 years older than me :( I am starting to notice a few creases between my eyes--that part right above my nose. Honestly I think being overweight has a lot to do with it. Husband is really fit and has a babyface, but he does have more wrinkles than me, so there's that. I'm 30, he's nearly 35.

I'll be 37 this year. I think my skin looks ok in terms of no real wrinkles. Probably because I have olive skin and I'm not really outside much. But I have lots of moles and skin tags I'd like to get rid of. I got this because of pregnancies so I'm waiting until I'm done having kids to go get them all zapped!

Body wise, I see a much bigger difference. I used to have toned legs naturally and that's starting to go away. My joints are beginning to hurt and I'm getting way more gray hair.

I’ll be 34 this year and I think I’m aging pretty well (if I do say so myself!). I often get mistaken for being younger, and I’m pale as a ghost so I’ve always worn sunscreen, hats, etc. which I’m thanking myself for now. I also have used really high quality skincare products since my mid-20’s, which I think has also helped; and I get facials regularly. I also have oily skin, so while I’ve always battled acne, the positive trade-off is my skin isn’t prone to wrinkles, and I don’t see any around my eyes yet.

My hair has been going gray since my 20’s and I’ve been coloring it for a decade now. I used to color it myself, but my grays have definitely getting a lot worse in the past year because I cannot get at-home color to hold for more than a few weeks, so I’ve gone back to getting it colored at a salon every 6 weeks.

I drink a lot of water, and eat a pretty clean, balanced diet and I’m happy with my weight- though I need to tone up like nobody’s businesses.

I have no shame in saying I will look into getting some “work” done in the future. I’m looking into lipo/tummy tuck/something for my midsection once we decide 100% we are done. I also would like to get laser (?) removal/treatment of some of the acne scars I have, but that isn’t so much related to aging, I just want to get it done. I would be down with botox or similar treatments once I see lines around my eyes.

I will be turning 28 in a month. I FEEL really old. I feel like I look a lot older than I used to, no longer looking in my 20's even though I'm still IN my 20's. I have put on a bunch of weight and now my pants don't fit. blarg. Doesn't help that my life has a few really stressful things going on!

I decided last week that I'm done pouting and I'm going to start making time for myself. Getting my hair done to cover the grey. Taking care of my face and moisturising with a good face lotion and body butter for my legs and arms and everywhere else! The last few days I've felt a lot better, kinda like a hot mama, and I'm kind of hoping I can keep this up.

I think I'm aging ok. If I'm lucky, I got my mom's skin - at 63 she still barely has any wrinkles. I just turned 37 last week and I have no crow's feet. I have a small forehead wrinkle that's been there since my 20s, and I have a couple bags that have been under my eyes my entire life.

My hair is turning gray (and has been since my 20s), but I get it colored regularly so you'd never know. And I've never been skinny, so not much change there.

Oh, and DH's 30, so I think most people assume we're the same age :).

34 in october and yup, same thing here. My biggest problem recently is my hair. I started gray early, around 23, but just within the last year it's thinned out a lot and gotten really dry/brittle. I have terrible flyaways all the time and it always looks unruly. Just started taking vitamins so hopefully that will help. Im also considering switching from highlights to single process in a darker shade so hopefully less breakage.

Since having DS, I'm definitely showing signs of wear and tear! Dark eye circles are now permanent fixtures on my face and grey hairs appear more frequently. Dark spots that appeared on my face during pregnancy remained and are very visible. My metabolism is barely moving because putting on weight is super easy, but getting it off is like mission impossible now. When it used to be easy on and off. Ugh.

I certainly have the laugh lines and forehead wrinkles at 34, and while my boobs were never perky, they got pretty bad after I stopped pumping for LO. I think they're the things that have taken the biggest hit age wise for me. I am also starting to grey quite a bit...might be time for a color!

@meredithNYC: My shoulders are covered in freckles because i hated wearing sunscreen growing up, and played lots of outdoor sports in tank tops. I still hate the goopy, weird feeling of suncreen, but found a brand for my body last year (dermatologica) that doesn't feel icky.

My parents are still sun worshippers and I don't know how they are almost 60 without having any skin cancer findings. They are seriously asking for it, as often as they travel. They're a disturbing shade of leathery brown, and my mom is really looking it lately, with sun spots and wrinkles.

@ValentineMommy: @Cherrybee: My problem area are the wrinkles coming out from the corner of each eye. There's a word for them that I can't think of now.

But I also had botox twice when I was 29 just for fun--I know that sounds weird, but I used to get massages at a medical spa, and once they invited existing clients to a spa party night, where they gave free trials for lazer hair removal and much cheaper botox trial (like just 6 spot injections total, which isn't much). So I talked to the doctor about the laser hair treatment, and he convinced me to try the botox "for prevention", and I was SHOCKED that I could tell a difference, but not one person in my life--not even my now husband--could tell. It was very subtle, and just smoothed out the light (at the time) lines right by the corner of my eyes.

@Anagram: Same here. Pale and getting wrinkly.

My wrinkles are pretty much only on my forehead (for now) and I hate it. I have chronic bangs because of it, even though I am super tired of them. I did get botox once before having DS and loved the look (I only had a little, so I didn't have the immobile expressionless face), but I did not love the price or the "feeling" of it. I would do it again though if I was really feeling bad about it, just not routinely.

My skin is not aging well, but that's not really a surprise to me because I have my mom's skin and it's the same--very fair and thin skin that wrinkles easily. My mom and dad were the same age, and my mom had twice as many wrinkles. My older sister is the same.

I have noooo problem getting some botox and starting a retin A regiment after I am done having kids/breastfeeding. I wouldn't ever do anything drastic, but small fixes are fine by me, so long as we can afford it.

ETA: I'm turning 35 this year.

Along these lines, I will just say that I will very, very strongly encourage my daughter to take care of her skin always. This is more about sun protection from a health angle, but still - it applies for aging, too. I was very careless when I was younger and spent a lot of time outdoors while wearing either no protection (since I tan easily) or tanning oil and I tanned in tanning beds in high school/college. I stopped doing that in my 20's and I am very lucky that (knock on wood) there haven't been any major repercussions and my skin still looks pretty good, aside from a few sun spots and lots of moles that I need to get checked yearly. Every time I go to my dermatologist for those checks I get nervous, thinking my days of carefree sun exposure are going to catch up with me :bummed:
