My parents helped me out when my DD had a half day camp and I was at work. Also many camps have before and after care you can pay for. Swim team in the middle of the day is unfortunate. And I think hiring college aged students that do this on the side is pretty common. So parents might drop off at morning camp and then the nanny would pick up and keep kids for the afternoon. Example: swim team. Swim team is during the day in the summer. It is not before work/school hours. How do you plan on getting your kid there and back to their after care/summer program? Or maybe the child just needs to get TO swim team and you can get to them by the end of it. Can working parents with set schedules manage this or do their kids just not get to do these types of things?
