I have a 3.5 qt and a 6 qt. I use the smaller one most of the time. If I'm doing a whole chicken I will use the bigger one.

I have a small one AND i have a big 6.5 quart crockpot that was recommended in America's Test Kitchen's Crockpot cookbook. It is amazing. I think it was $80 or so.

this one: http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B001KVZTFO/ref=wms_ohs_product?ie=UTF8&psc=1

Eek I hope the two freezer meals fit in my 3.5-er. Ill die of sorrow if I thaw them and they don't fit. The pepper recipe actually called for all 6 peppers to go in but I could only fit 4.. I guess the last 2 will go in tomorrow.

6 quarts and I don't think I could go smaller. I've got pasta fagioli in there today and the pot is almost full to the brim!

I only have 1, and it's 3.5 qts. I could totally get a bigger one, though, because I ran out of room when I tried a recipe last week. Things didn't mix the way they should have, and I ended up tossing the meal.

I'm loving all of the crock pot talk lately, and it has really inspired me to switch up our cooking and eating.

I have two (thanks to my MIL) . . . actually 3 if you count the mini crock-pot that came with the first one! We have a 6qt, 3qt, and a *little dipper* (16oz).

Those look so yummy!

We are crock pot addicts, since DH and I work opposite schedules. Our biggest one is a 6 qt because we often make a whole chicken in there (like today! yum!)

Mine is actually a 7 quart one...the main feature I wanted was an insert that you could use on the stove to braise meats and things.

This crockpot freezer meal thing seems to be spreading like wildfire (thanks Mrs. Wagon and Mrs. Polish!). I always get confused when I see recipes because I'm not sure if they are for my size crockpot. Ours is only 3.5 qt but I think I need to upgrade to a 6, given how awesome this idea is. I was actually giddy last night at the thought of a huge stack of ziplock bags in my freezer and not needing to cook (or shop?!) again for like 2 weeks.

Sixsisters.com stuffed peppers cooking now.. Italian lemon chicken and sausage and lentil stew on the menu for the week!
