I'm not sure how much I have total. I have 3 gift bags full of milk (about to start my 4th). The first has 1-3 oz bags. The second and third have 3-6 oz. bags. I was planning on doing an inventory this weekend.

I'm back at work 4 days a week. I pump once in the morning, twice at work, and once before I go to bed (if I don't fall asleep). Even though I'm home with her 3 days a week, I still continue to pump, usually at 3 a.m. or right after I wake up. So I'm always a few steps ahead. Right now I have enough milk in the fridge for today's bottles and Monday's bottles. What I pump today goes towards the stash.

@HabesBabe: What bags are you using? I'd go by your bottles. I use the Lansinoh bags and they can give inaccurate amounts based on how you fill the bag. If the bottom is completely full (the panel should widen) then it will usually measure accurately.

@BabyBoecksMom: ditto.

Back at work and she eats everything I pump and when I'm with her I nurse. I really should pump before I go to bed!

My best guess is I have around 350 oz stored -- I excusiveky pump (LO is 10w and I have been doing it for 4w) and I pump about 15 oz more than he can drink per day. So the stash has built up quickly.

Whoa!! I'm impressed. I only have 7 bags--each is about 7-9 oz. so probably a days worth. But I'm a stay at home mom so I only have my emergency bags.

I can probably pump at least once more during her naps or if I was really motivated, I could pump in the middle of the night.

What happens if there's a power outage? I suppose some of you have generators but we don't so I'd worry about losing all that milk...

I started at the beginning, too, to increase my production, and I have about 20 bags of 2-4 oz. LO is 11 days old.

The thing that bugs me is that ounces according to my pump mirthless shows that I produce less than the bags (the bags say 4 ounces when the bottles say 2.5 ounces or so. So I don't even know which is accurate).

i have about 30 bags of 4-6 oz so probably around 150oz. I've been going through it lately though because I've been giving a couple ounces to Charlie every night! Olive is almost 10 months though, so I figure I don't need a big stash anymore.

I have about 12 (started REALLY late in the game, and only end up making a bag a few times a week). DS is 3 months. I'm planning on going until I reach 50, which is how many bags I have.

My plan for my stash is for emergencies only.

I've got about 70 oz frozen. It's more than enough now, but really isn't that much considering how often LO eats.

I have one big freezer bag full of milk bags. I don't know how much is in there. At this point, I am just producing enough to feed her daily so I haven't added to the stash since I started exclusively pumping. I hope to increase my output soon to start stashing some more away.

As of right now I think I have about 150 bags of 2oz - 4oz. My goal is to stop pumping at 6 months and to start using the stash then. She's been eating like crazy lately though so at this rate my stash will depleted fairly quickly.

LO is 4 months old, and I've been building a stash since the beginning. I probably have around 50+ bags of 3 oz. Looking at it, it seems like a lot, but figuring she eats about 6-8 times a day, it's really only a week and some change worth of feedings. I probably pump anywhere between 1-3 extra feedings a day. How big is your stash? I'd like to know how mine compares to "normal".
