Try palmer's butt butter (which I now think is better than desitin) and if it gets better- it was diaper rash. If it lingers, it could be a yeast infection. It took weeks to get rid of the yeast infection. Just when you thought it was gone- her skin was clear for a week and we continued to use fungal cream- as soon as we stopped it flared up again. It is finally gone. You might also want to look into infant probiotics. If it's just a little diaper rash, then that should clear it up. She did have a high templast week over 102. then that cleared up and days later I noticed the rash on her butt. </p>
