I often only need to give just one dose.</p> <p>I gave infant Tylenol to our 4 month old recently because she spiked to 101.4 after receiving her shots. It was nervewrecking because of the new dosing guidelines (drug conccentration changes). It's just hard for me to do nothing when he's in such pain. We try to limit the infant Tylenol to times when Charlie is really in a lot of pain and with a high fever.</p> <p>How careful are you with infant Tylenol? Do you have any alternative treatments you use when your LO is sick? </p>
