But when we do another one, we will definitely do it about 36-48 hours before and then definitely 1-2 times right afterward. I agree that they likely just want his sperm to have the best results for the IUI but I heard they replenish about every 2 days. We were dealing with borderline morph. I think the clinic usually told us to abstain 48 hours beforehand. I think I'd just avoid it the night before so he's at max capacity the morning of the IUI. Assuming I ovulate tomorrow, that means I'd be going from two days before O to the day after O without BD, which to me is a long time and way more than necessary to save up swimmers. Last time the nurse said no BD after the night of trigger and I was thinking this time I might sneak some in the next morning!
