I needed to read this....my current cutoff is 35 degrees, unless there is snow (then we have to enjoy it because it is so infrequent). I think I need to reconsider my limits haha. Our problem is that the cold aggravates my son's asthma, so we do have to be careful, it's not just being wimpy! I think they have a windchill rule too, but I can't remember what it is. We were out yesterday with winchill of -4F (and have been out in colder). I just try to dress a fraction less warm than I have them dressed, and be a bit conservative in how long we are out. They had a blast making snow holes yesterday despite the cold. LO absolutely loves the snow but it's only 18 degrees out with a feels like temp of 3 degrees, brrrr! That seems too cold to go out and play? At what point do you not let your LO go outside due to it being too cold?
