So I put an under-onesie, a long-sleeve onesie, a thick sweater, and a snowsuit on him (with mittens under the snowsuit hand covers), put him in the stroller and put the rain cover over it to protect against the wind. He was happy as a clam, and so much better when we came back to the apartment. In the front pack you can kind of protect their faces...it's -7 with a wind chill of about -20 and we arent going out. I took her out when it was 15. Wool, fleece, down bunting, and a windshield on the stroller. 20 minute walk.
