DH's sister (his only sibling) has a daughter, but apparently it would be dangerous for them to have any more. One of my sisters can't have kids (post chemo) and they aren't to keen on adoption (although that would be wonderfuly exciting if they did adopt one day). My other sister is slightly mentally challenged and I don't think that she'd ever have kids (although you never know - she gets more mature all the time, so never say never).
