I also told my assistant. Otherwise I told my boss after I was having some horrible MS, so he wasn't worried as to why I was running by his office several times a day to the restroom. </p> <p>I told everyone else in my dept around 9 weeks because that is when I found about about my cyst andthey all knew something was wrong. It took like a whole afternoon! She looks it..." and before it got out of hand, I was forced to tell my boss earlier than I wanted to in case he started hearing the news. So, at 13 weeks, I officially told my boss. I also consider her a close friend of mine and she knew about my prior miscarriage so I had no issue telling her early. Unfortunately.... a lot of people in my office already know because we had a dinner for a select group and they figured me out as soon as I didn't have a drink. I pretty much never pass up a few drinks with friends : ) I'm also very superstitious about flat out saying "no I'm not pregnant" when I know that I am. So they caught on to me. My personnel supervisor didn't really say anything for a while but once I hit about 3-4 months I think it came up in a couple management meetings so that's how the higher-ups found out.
