He was a year old, but they had just named him so told us we could change it if we wanted, but his name is fantastic. "dumpster" seemed like too sad of a name so we named her Rags instead.</p> <p>The cat (that isn't ours, but comes over daily to hang out) is named Bumper. I got my first cat with my ex-fiance, and we were trying to think of names associated with movies we like, and we came up with Pippin from Lord of the Rings and thought it fit.</p> <p>My husband and I got our second cat a few years ago. She's black and orange, so we brainstormed names that would fit with her coloring, and we came up with Luna (means moon in Spanish..moon...night...black cat).
