Two of them seem to be geared specifically toward moms - one more exclusive than the other, which makes me a little antsy - and even one just for women to drink wine. Um, I'm down with that! </p> <p>I've found that I'm so busy chasing my two at the park that I can't meet up with anyone else but that may just be one of the perks of having two under 3. I've also found it's easy enough to talk to other parents but most don't seem to want a lasting connection. When we lived in NY, we lived in a fairly large high rise building and there were a dozen or so of us all with kids under 18 months. Up until the summer, I would have suggested going to the library's story hour. But I know our library at least has ceased its pre-school aged story hour for the summer so that they can host the reading program for the kids.
