I was able to get the Panorama test (I'm 29 and low risk) and I didn't pay a single thing for it--my OB said that Panorama really wants the test to be widely and readily available so even if I was billed by my insurance, Panorama wouldn't demand more than a $25 payment (which I didn't even have to do). For this one, I was on the fence about being TG because of my miscarriages, so the ultrasound tech wrote it down and put it in an envelope. When DH and I decided we'd find out, we simply opened the envelope and slid the paper out together. But it seems like that's not generally the case.
