I'm not sure where you're from & how popular nannies are there, but often there are local parenting groups/websites you can post on. Or larger ones like gonannies.com. Do you have any local community bulletins you could post on? Like at church or community center or at work? One of our thoughts is a part time nanny or doing a nannyshare, but we don't know how to go about finding a family to share with. We don't really have friends with like aged kids.
