My inspiration pretty much comes from Pinterest. But then I get overwhelmed because I have a million projects I want to do! And the ones I want to do the most are the ones that I need a couple misc supplies for, of course... And then I don't really have time to do them, so I never get anything done :(

I've started 'assigning' myself crafts to do each weekend. It's my one goal for the weekend - finish ONE thing, no matter how small! I plan for it all week, and make sure I have my supplies so I can do it as I find time on Sat or Sun :)

My biggest problem though is that DH doesn't like me to run away to my craft room to play, he wants me to watch TV with him while I work, but then I have to drag all my crap downstairs and put it away when I have to take breaks. Super annoying!

Shameless bump :) DS saw the straps for his adventure bag (which is what I've dubbed it) and decided it was the beginnings of a bunny. I asked if he wanted me to make him a bunny and he got very excited. So now I have to make a bunny somehow! Any thoughts?

@Zbug: DS keeps wanting to take a bag with him everywhere. Which is fine - except he always grabs the bags that are pretty much half as tall as he is. They're huge! So I'm thinking of sewing a bag for him, one that's much more toddler friendly. I could buy a pattern, find a pattern online, but I'll probably just wing it. I'm convinced that I have at least enough skill with my sewing machine to wing it - until proven otherwise, of course ;)

I'm with you!! I really want to make a quote wall, but I'm still figuring out how to go abt it. Currently, I'm just saving a ton of idea on my phone and accomplishing very little. Hopefully, this will change next week. I also want to paint a table. What projects are you looking to do?

Just curious. Pinterest has my gears turning and there's a lot of stuff I have on hand that I could use to get rid of if I can figure out how to. Plus the kids have started taking these super long afternoon naps. I'm ready to start planning my next project! But where to start?

Where do you start? With a need, a want, an idea? Or do you look at what materials you have - or want to buy - and go from there? What Pinterest post has your creative juices flowing?
