I watched a youtube video (visual learner) and hooked it all up/cleaned it while pregnant. Then I just hooked up and tried it one morning right after I'd fed LO! It's easier than it looks, I promise. I was totally bewildered by the pump and hoped that the topic would be covered in my breastfeeding class but it was not. Did someone show you, did you just mess with it, or did you read the manual? I started to read the manual, but I was on information overload since I had just finished my reading for our childbirth class.
