It came with a bottle, diapers and a rattle. We have a doll stroller and doll playpen also. He played with that doll all the time, and pushed it around in his little mini-stroller! In our case, there will be no growing belly or changes that help her understand what is to come. We read books on siblings and new babies... but I think it's so abstract to her. Anyone have great tips on introducing the idea of new baby to your first baby? </p>
