DH brought DS in and he sat with me on the bed - then DH brought over DD. At first he was less than impressed but then we got some sweet shots of him kissing her. Face timing was HORRIBLE. She didn't understand why we weren't there and it made her super upset. I probably wouldn't do it. With LO #`1 being sick and cranky, I would also probably wait until you got home. My parents stayed with LO1. My parents took LO1 to daycare and then they came to the hospital. I think it was helpful that the grandparents had a chance to ooohh and ahh over the baby without LO1 seeing. </p> <p>When we got home DH carried baby brother into the house in the car seat. The moment was all about LO1 meeting her brother. The neighbors made a welcome home sign and my in laws sent flowers so my LO was convinced it was a party to celebrate her becoming a big sister.
