We met with two of the three (one wasn't taking new clients because she was transitioning to SAHM). We chose the agent we did based on that meeting. We clicked personally with him, his presentation was thorough in its inclusion and discussion of comparable properties, and we felt like he was earnest and excited to have us as clients. The other agent seemed less engaged and more negative, and his proposal was less comprehensive. She was ok for us being ft buyers, but we didn't go back to her when we were looking for our inv property. DH's BFF's wife had her license reinstated so we just went with her at our leisure.
