Another vote for the Nuk learner cup. I just had to transition my 2 year old (!!) and it is the only thing that worked. Now he can also drink out of a sippy with the hard plastic top. Straw cups still elude him.

We went straight to straw and I would put a little liquid in it and drop it in her mouth when she tried to suck on it so she understood there was something in there. After a few days she caught on.

Nuk learner cup. We tried a million and that was the only one she would use. I got it off Amazon but Target might be cheaper.

We used the Zoli cup with water last time and DD1 did a great job with it. DD2 has no desire to put the cup to her mouth (she would rather chew on the bottom of it), so I'm looking for ideas on how how to get her to actually start sucking on it.
