I had bangs for a really unfortunate period of time, too.</p> <p>Early high school- had a short uneven bob, it was really cute!</p> <p>Mid- high school - "long" aka top of my boob length and did something different with it all the time, little braids, buns, pony tail, etc</p> <p>Senior year - a bun almost everyday. My grandma would give me perms without my mom's permission and then my bangs would be teased all big and retro. Child of the 90s at it's finest. Of course, as I got older and did my own hair (teenage years), flipping the ends was in so I did that. The other day on Mrs-O.com I checked the trio de-planing Air Force One during their recent trip to Africa. They all looked fab. Sasha Obama, wore her hair in a bun. She always rocks a neat, pulled back bun. I firced DH to look at the pic and he said our daughter would be athletic and into science and would wear her hair in a bun too.</p> <p>I rocked a curly pony or a bun all through school after pigtails were too young for me. I was active, but not athletic. I was smart enough, but not a head-always-in-the-books girl. Simply put, I just didn't have any hair skills. </p> <p>What kind of girl were you and how did you wear your hair? </p>
