My doc thinks the healing of the other helped this one clean itself up too! I just felt up along my spine and I have a small little bump (kind of feels like a tiny scab) that I assume is from the epi? But I did have some pain to the touch for a few months after my epi. The actual entry site is healed over thought and completely closed up. </p> <p>Lots of luck with #2. I would think that they would enter at another point. Especially if they see that you still have something going on back there.</p> <p>I agree with @kiddosc: though. And now this! I had bruising around the site of my epi because the first Dr. that tried did a horrible job, but to still have a scab in that spot a year and a half later sounds like something might be wrong. I have had this scab that has never healed, I think it's from my epi with DD. It's in that spot, and it's never bothered me (who looks back there?) Obviously it should have healed by now, it hasn't, I can't fix that at this point, but can they go in above or below for another one if needed?</p> <p>For those who had epi's heal properly, did the spot even scar or just heal over and was forgotten?</p> <p>I must have some sort of issue with healing, this spot, my IUD removal surgery incision didn't heal over properly either, weird. </p>
