We have a 3 bedroom 1 bath. Currently we use 1 as our bedroom, 1 as office, 1 as spare room. Before Baby #1 I'd like to add on to the back and put a den, breakfast nook and 1/2 bath, Finish the basement and move the office down there. Right now I just try not to think about it! I know it's going to get too small but I don't see up being able to sell and buy a new house in the next 5 years! My husband is also a HUGE car guy and we only have a two car garage and a horrible steep driveway so it's just not what we want.... my husband wants to finish the garage and put nice flooring in but I just don't want to put anymore money into the house! Ugh! I just say don't think about it until that second baby comes! We have 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom and we want to have 2 kids. But we don't really need an office. We will lose all of that storage that we have in that extra room and we will no longer have a guest room, but I'm ok with all of that. We have a 3 bedroom 2 bath house and I'm already worried about when we have a second child! I love our house but right now we have one bedroom is the nursery and the other is completely full with office stuff, my husbands hobbies, my scrapbook stuff, just TONS of stuff! I thought about having our kids share a room but then the bedroom will be too cramped and we don't really have a play area either and like you, not a lot of storage!
