My 5 year old ate pretty well at each meal, but my 3 year old barely ate. He's been sick for the past week, and his appetite has taken a dip. Hopefully he'll be back to normal soon.

He ate pretty well. Plain pasta and green beans for lunch. Cheese and crackers and fruit for snack. Dinner is usually hit or miss. Tonight he only ate fruit. Last night he requested broccoli and green beans for dinner and ate a ton.

She actually ate much more than usual today but mostly carbs and dairy-- things like cheese ravioli, quesidilla, cheese stick, oatmeal... but some broccoli and apple too so that's a positive for sure! Usually she eats a lot early in the day and then just grazes from lunch on but she really ate well now that I think about it.

Mine actually ate well for once! Breakfast was mini bagel with pb, an orange and half of her dad's pear and milk, lunch was a big slice of pizza, carrots, and more pear, goldfish snack, and a bunch of chicken and green beans with a large dinner roll with more milk for dinner.

It was a light day for her but definitely not horrible - 1.5 scrambled eggs with mushrooms and onion, 1 turkey meatball with a whole lot of ketchup, 1/4 cup of broccoli, 6 grapes, and 3/4 cup of a taco turkey skillet (ground turkey, onion, tomatoes, spinach, seasoning).

My 3.75 year old ate: 1.5 scrambled eggs, 2 pieces of toast with butter, a small yogurt, an orange, bell peppers and hummus, pb&j sandwich, whatever morning snack at school was, peanut butter cookie, raisins, half a fruit leather, another scrambled egg (I forgot that's what was for dinner when I made her breakfast!), maybe 1/8-1/4 cup quinoa, 5 dice sized pieces of butternut squash and a scoop of ice cream 😳

The 6 month old ate an entire piece of bread, 2.5 ounces of puréed prunes (he's been a little backed up), and 3 dice sized pieces of squash

My toddler ate great tonight, but only because someone else was feeding her! She was showing off for my aunt and ate a little bit of everything she offered her: Mac and cheese, chicken, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, and broccoli. I could have tried to give her the exact same stuff and probably would have been shut down hard.

Nope! Free cookie at the grocery store. Pouch for lunch because my avocado/tofu pasta was rejected and 1/4 hash brown and milk for dinner because the broccoli and perogies were rejected...the healthiest thing she ate was breakfast oatmeal with some hemp hearts and apricots in it. Sigh...toddlers! Also in virus recovery mode over here still.

Today we did not do so well in the eating department! Our older son is a little under the weather and despite having no real snacks (other than a peppermint patty lol) he didn't eat much than a little steak and soup for dinner. Lunch was a bite or two. The toddler ate many snacks as we were cooped up due to snow, and so he didn't eat well at meals either.

Did your children eat well today?
