I bet it will arrive in a few days. I've had a couple of things work - calling several local offices several times (no voicemail, I think, and it's anyone's guess how many calls you'll make before someone answers, and filing a complaint online though their "contact us" page - I got a call back, but it took a week or two. I know the number I dialed is correct. It's easier around here to go to the main branch. The last (only) time that happened to me I was able to get the item re shipped through the vendor (asos) though. (might be easier if you live in a smaller city/town with fewer branches!) Ours has a direct in-state number and I can usually get a person that way. I contacted the merchant (Zulily), but they want me to contact USPS first. I have tried everything to get a human on the phone, but their automated phone system keeps hanging up on me. It is awful!
