She signs all done. It took a few days and a few tantrums. My DD is a "swiper"...likes to swipe her hands across the high chair tray and push things to the floor. I just give her very little portions now from her plate that stays on the kitchen table with the rest of our family plates. Like...1 piece of chicken, 1 blueberry, and one piece of squash. Still infuriating but less mess and you can save the leftovers (for her to throw tomorrow). Don't get me wrong, he throws food too. He seems to only throw food if I give him too much at once, if it's something he's decided he doesn't like, or if he's actually done. The cup is the worst. Sometimes it means he's done. Sometimes he's just excited. Plus he's pretty picky, so whatever he doesn't want gets thrown on the floor. It. Drives. Me. Nuts. I tell him no, that we don't throw. I've taken his food away. I've taken him out of the high chair when he starts throwing. Nothing seems to be helping. Any advice?? </p>
