At 12 months my LO started skipping her afternoon nap. She did it for a whole week and that's when I decided it was over. I pushed her one and only nap to be in the afternoon instead.

LO just kept getting tired later and later. It got to the point where she would wake from her morning nap too late for an afternoon nap to be useful. And the timing of her morning nap started interfering with our normal activities.

LO is almost 14 months and for the past few weeks has been inconsistent with her naps. Most days she won't take her morning nap but every fourth or fifth day she'll sleep for 30-45 minutes. Should I keep trying, or does it sound like the morning nap is gone?

(Her afternoon naps have also been hit or miss but most days they are still at least an hour. )
