We got our first grader a Mickey Mouse typing game for her for Christmas. They type their names in school, but mostly use the mouse (so far). My first grader was admiring my typing the other day, and I told her I learned by playing computer games. (I don't know if Mavis Beacon was technically I game, but I loved it!) Now she is asking for typing games. Is that still a thing? Have your kids learned to type in school? At what age does that start? </p>
