As for transitioning out - we decided to try not using it after she began to try to roll it it, around 5 mos old. I think that they naturally lose that reflex of throwing the arms out as they get older so I thought that it wouldn't be bad... I just want to try it because he is a baby that really wants to be snuggled to sleep. He does great in a rock and play or held or in a swing or car seat but in the crib....nope. And he wants his arms out and freaks out in the swaddle now. Or the large that goes from 18lbs to 21lbs.</p> <p>ETA: I can't get both and return one since I am getting it used on a BST site. </p>
