LO is 3 months old she has this bath tub with a seat and since she has a lot of hair I start by washing her hair with cerave which is a great hydrating wash unlike regular soap, then I rub some cerave all over her body and use a wash cloth to "scrub" her gently, especially her hands, underarms, neck and butt. thn I rinse. I wash her face with water only too and I only use the cerave every other day. on the other days I wash her hair and body with just water.

I wash her face with water only. Then I take the soap and wash her everywhere else. On our shampoo days, I do her hair. She is playing and moving around the whole time and I get her as clean as I can. I rinse her off, then the bath is done.

I wash her hands, butt, neck and hair with soap. Rinse her off and let her play :) Before I take her out of the tub I'll rinse her off with clean water.

I put his butt under the spigot and clean it first with just letting the water run over him. Then I turn him over, then I wipe his butt with my hands/washcloth. Then I put him in the baby bathtub for playtime (still brief as he's only 2 months), and then I scrub him with my hands or a washcloth. Sometimes I use soap depending on what he's gotten into and how his skin looks.

If I shower him... I shower first, then I pick him and up let the water clean his butt. Then I scrub him in the shower and let him "play" with the water (he LOVES water). Then I soap him (by hand, no washcloth--hard enough to hold him in the shower!), and rinse him.

After either one, I dry him in a towel, then put him in a bathrobe and diaper until he's warm enough for clothes.

I put a dollop of soap under the faucet and fill our baby tub. I put LO in and wet and wash her hair while she splashes. Then I use a washcloth all over. I unplug the drain and rinse her off with a handheld shower head. Then I condition her hair and rinse.

Every other day I wash her completely with soap -- hair, arms, body, legs, back, and diaper area. On the off days I just wash her with water -- except for her neck and diaper area that get soap every day. We usually bathe together in the tub every evening. I just hold her carefully, and prop her on my legs when I need both of my hands... no special devices required.

LO is almost 1 and when she's in her tub, she splashes around while I wash her hair. Then I get into her butt crack and wipe but other than that, she just sits (or stands) in the tub and plays.

How do you bathe your LO?
