For most people it's "Hello". For my close friends/family (like my BsIL/SsIL) it's "Hey darlin'" for DH it's "Hello Sweetie" (in a British accent), "Hi Husband!" "Hey babe/sweet cheeks" "Hello sexy-pants/sexy-face" (caller-id, obviously). At my last job it was "Good morning/afternoon thank you for calling (store name). This is Sarah speaking, how can I help you today?"
