I made dough one day when he was content in his bouncy chair, threw it in the fridge and then cooked them the next day. Kept clean up down too!

the trick for me was to run a few errands.. let her fall asleep in her carseat and she slept in there for 2.5 hours! 70 cookies made!

hehe... you don't! ;)

I would mix the dough up in the mixer and then put the bowl in the fridge. Then whenever I got a chance, I'd scoop out the cookies and pop them in the oven. It did take all day!

I never found it very difficult to do things like baking with the baby. When they have a need just stop for a moment, take care of it and then continue on. When they become a toddler and able to grab things, run around and be disruptive is where it becomes a hassle for me.

I do everything in stages too. Make the cookie dough, then bake in batches. Seriously though. Last time I baked cookies it took all day as well!

We didn't even get around to sending out a family Christmas card. If you can bake a batch of cookies, I bow down to you!

I put her in the carrier. Usually she's fine with that for a half hour, then I put her in the bouncer and she'll entertain herself by playing with her feet.

In stages: Start at naptime, get dough done, put in fridge ... maybe do the heavy-duty stuff after bed. Sometimes I wear him, too. But yeah, generally, I bake a lot less :)

What should take an hour total takes a whole day!
I don't think it's gonna get done.
