Eh maybe but if you're burning a ton of calories, it shouldn't really matter. Otherwise you could get the same with eating less. No sugar may help. I don't really have any advice, but I hope you can find something. I plateaued and took a couple weeks off, which I'm hoping helps, even though it seems counterproductive

Do you think you need a re feed day??

@blackbird: Yep, still carb cycling. I'm in the phase with no sugar, not even fruit, this week so maybe it will help! I will check out the bodybuilding forums again too. Part of me wonders if this bootcamp is too much strength, not enough cardio for my body type. I have an elevated heart rate the whole time, but nothing like what I get from a speed interval run or a HIIT workout.

You're carb cycling, right? That's what I was told to do. Your body may just be holding on for dear life b/c you are nursing.

I've been going to a boot camp class 3-6 days a week for the last 6 weeks, and following a pretty strict whole foods meal plan. The nutritionist who wrote it for me said I'm definitely getting enough calories considering I'm nursing.

I'm not losing ANYTHING! My body fat percentage and measurements aren't moving either. I'm still stuck at exactly 10 pounds pre-pregnancy weight. What gives? Maybe I'm just stuck here til we wean. Anybody have a plateau buster that worked for them?
