It usually takes E a few days and then she takes one LONG nap and catches right back up. last year, it took two weeks to get over DST. This year, two days. Go figure.

We keep naps around the normal time, maybe 30 minutes early if she's extra wild (how she exhibits tiredness). Bedtime 30 minutes - 1 hour early. It takes a few days, but eventually sorts itself out.

We are having a rough week since changing the clocks and my toddler is definitely acting overtired. Normal sleep for him is 11 hours at night and then 1.5 hour nap. Yesterday we tried for an early nap and he slept from 11:30 to 12:30, so less than normal and then I couldn't get him to sleep until 8pm, so we definitely missed the window...he was up at 6 this morning, so again an hour early and acting like a nutcase. :silly: I'm trying to figure out how to get back on track...help! When would you try for a nap? Other advice???
