I've never heard that. Every dental professional I've ever talked with says to dilute it 1:1 (FDA says this too). It's still effective. Aghh I'm so bad, I know. I have always flossed first because I think that the grime gets loosened and is easier to brush away.. that's my theory anyway ;) BUT that's when I actually *do* floss haha.</p> <p>I don't use a mouth rinse.</p> <p>I need to find a way to whiten my teeth though, they're aren't as white as I would like. Didn't know you were "supposed" to floss last, but it always made sense to me.
