Then brush with a baby toothbrush and it's all done. But instead I just put some dish soap on the toothbrush and brush it with warm water and rinse. So now I just keep a little bottle of Palmolive dish soap in my bathroom. Eight years later my ring is still super sparkly and I still get compliments about how sparkly it is. This helps to get whatever gunk is stuck in it and the rash magically goes away! I prefer #1 though because it's faster.
