We use paper towels too but I often think about what a waste it seems like. I am eager to hear what others use!

Since he could stand supported, I got a step stool at Ikea and put him on the top so he can lean into the bathroom sink. I run water and he splashes while I rinse his face and hands. Then we dry off with a towel and turn off the bathroom light. It was his very first real routine.

We don't use paper towels for anything, we use cloth napkins :) I prewet one to use immediately to get the worst off and then either use another or stick his hands etc under the sink. I use a long sleeve bib which helps.

Like @artbee, we're using un-paper towels. M can make a mess out of anything so I love not wasting the paper towels.

If it's dinner she goes straight to the bath, for lunch or while we're out I just use a wet cloth... she doesn't usually get very dirty though.

Unpapertowels. They're just a piece of cloth so you can wash and reuse.

Do you use face wipes? Wet paper towels? I've been using wet paper towels but I feel like I'm going through a ton!
