<description>&#60;p&#62;Like everyone else, I use white vinegar - just soaking for a bit and then rinsing.  Sometimes there's some kind of crusty calcification stuff (ha - I guess that's what it is?) and so it needs a little scrub.  But for the most part, doing that once a week tends to prevent too  much build-up of nastiness.

<description>&#60;p&#62;I soak in vinegar and scrub too!  Works wonders on water stains and disinfects as well. I put some vinegar solution in storage tank, close lid, swish around then let it sit for 30 minutes before rinsing it out.
