I just cut it into small pieces. </p> <p>Some of her favorite meals are things strained from soup - meats, beans, grains, vegetables. She much prefers things with seasoning to plain meat or veggies.</p> <p>I basically just stopped cooking with salt, but kept everything else the same. Now DD just eats what we eat and DH and I salt our food at the table.
