Honestly I put him in the car and go for coffee. Falls asleep in seconds. Or I hand him off to DH to regroup.

It never fails when my step-daughters are here for the weekend Maddy will not take a nap. I had her in her crib at 10:45am and she fussed for over 1.5 hours, brought her out for lunch and tried again, no dice. It makes for a really hard day, she's cranky, her five year old sister is jealous and kind of mean to her which makes it worse. It's 9:52pm, and she's still awake in her crib.

I told my dh if I wasn't pregnant I'd be on my second bottle of wine, lol. He's out of town working.
