It would definitely help if she ate the same as us! Usually I try to save her leftovers but she usually won't eat it the next day either. It kills me to toss free range organic eggs, wild alaskan salmon, and so on. I've started just giving the kids like two pieces of each thing to start, and they get more off of my plate when they've finished those. As they get older and can manage bigger pieces, it's easier to save for the next meal too. If i am skeptical about her liking something i will serve myself a little less to anticipate this. Lately she hardly eats anything other than bread and string cheese. Most of it she flat out refuses to even try. I hate seeing so much food go to waste. How do you deal with it?
