My favorites have been Juli Bauer's Paleo Cookbook and The Best Mexican Recipes from America's Test Kitchen. </p> <p>I have a couple of her Paleo books and DH actually really enjoys the food. And he's also Mexican and so far the Mexican recipe book has been a hit with him for somewhat authentic cooking. </p> <p>Then I have a couple recipe books from Costco. I forget what time of year they hand them out when you're leaving the store, but it's amazing! I have a shelf hung high on that wall for cookbooks. I plan to hang some artwork I have lying around below it.
