DH makes fun of me...I use the spray method--spray the heck out of it with Lysol until it can't slither away. Just when you think they are dead they some how cling onto life! I'll pour Bar Keeper's Friend on it too for good measure and some bleach! Then I usually get the dustpan after a while and dispose of it. I think he flushes them down the toilet? I could handle putting it in a Ziploc and then in the trash, but I could never just throw it in the trash as is because I'm paranoid about cockroach eggs hatching and then hundreds of roaches being born. Ugh! I actually thought he was almost dead, but then he started dragging his body across the floor. So I put the wounded 'roach in a Ziplock bag, and threw that in the trash. What a way to go. I guess I should go back and do a mercy kill. Sorry Mr. Roach. How do you dispose of cockroaches?
