Lack of dryer is the main reason we're using flats instead of prefolds or fancier options. They dry SO fast. Sunshine is also really good for poo stains, as a bonus. I have bumgenius 4.0s and freetimes. I dry the inserts and wetbags though in the dryer. The 4.0's dry overnight for the most part and the freetimes take a day (24 hours?) maybe. The directions say not to line dry ours in the sun because the sun will damage them. Ours are dryer safe but I find it makes the pul feel rubbery so I only dry them when I'm in a time crunch. My snap diapers still look pretty much brand new after 2 years of wear.
