I just lay down and go! Haha. Sometimes I play with my phone first but not all the time.

DH needs the tv on or to watch the iPad. I prefer to fall asleep without anything on except a fan, but can fall asleep with tv on so that's what we do. It's been more difficult for me to sleep in pregnancy and I get pretty bad insomnia so tale 1/2 unisom 30ins before bedtime to help.

Before baby, I would sometimes need the tv to be on quietly....now that baby is here, once I put down LO and climb into my own bed, I'm out!

If I'm super tired, I can zonk out with everything off and lights out. If I'm only partially sleepy, I like to have Friends reruns playing on the TV and then I'll get tired in like 15 - 20 mins.

But about once or twice a week I have a hard time sleeping where my mind just won't shut off :(

I can fall alseep anywhere, usually on the couch with the TV on or I just go lay in bed and am out in no time. I sleep with both the fan and the humidifer on.

I have to have a fan on - I need the white noise. And I take melatonin every night.

I fall asleep pretty easily. As long as it's nice and dark and quiet. My head hits the pillow and next thing I know my alarm is going off.

I need it to be pretty quiet. I wear a sleep mask so it doesn't matter if the lights are on or off.

I used to listen to my sleep playlist and really didn't need anything else.
While I was pregnant I had trouble sleeping and the things that helped were a glass of wine, a massage from my hubby or calms forte tablets.
Now that I sleep with LO I just fall asleep with him in my arms.

With a sleeping pill. We don't have anything on but a white noise machine. I have so much trouble falling asleep lately. And even with the pill I wake up in the middle of the night and can't go back to sleep.

I used to always have to have the TV on a sleep timer in order to fall asleep. Either that or read a book (I'd be out in 10 min!)... but anytime I'd try to fall asleep with just the lights turned off, my mind would race and I could never fall asleep right away.

Since I've slept with DH next to me, I've gotten more accustomed to falling asleep with everything turned off. But I occasionally will watch tv or read a book to help fall asleep.

What about you?
